Some Yayday features use AI to help you work faster. AI can draft status updates, suggest impact language, summarize tasks, and propose next steps or review-prep wording. These features are assistive. They produce drafts and suggestions — starting points you shape, not finished decisions. AI features do not automatically save, send, share, publish, or export anything on your behalf.

You are in control of every AI-assisted output. Please review and edit AI-generated text before you save, send, share, or export it. You decide what is accurate, appropriate, and worth keeping. Treat AI output as a draft from a helpful assistant who does not know the full context of your work.

AI-assisted features in Yayday are not legal, HR, employment, tax, financial, or professional advice. Yayday does not make employment decisions about you and does not guarantee promotions, raises, job offers, positive reviews, or any other professional outcome. For decisions that carry real consequences, rely on your own judgment and qualified professionals.

AI can be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong. It may phrase things confidently even when it is mistaken. Before relying on any AI output, check it against what you actually know about your work.

Yayday should not invent metrics, outcomes, numbers, or accomplishments. If an AI-assisted draft includes a figure, result, or claim you cannot personally support, remove or correct it before saving or sharing. Your work record is most valuable when it is accurate. Keep it honest.

Some AI capabilities in Yayday are limited or in a preview state and may not be available to all users. Availability of AI features may change over time as we refine them.

AI suggestions are based on the content you choose to provide in Yayday, such as task titles, descriptions, notes, updates, and completion details. For details on how your information is handled, including the use of service providers, see our Privacy Policy.

To help identify and generalize sensitive details, Yayday may process the text you enter using AI. This supports Yayday's review of work text and public profile copy for company-sensitive details — such as company names, customer names, internal project names, URLs, dollar amounts, and IDs — before that text is saved. Because this review uses AI, the text you enter may be sent to an AI provider to be reviewed and generalized. Yayday is designed not to save raw, unreviewed work text in protected work-record flows. This review reduces company-sensitive details. It does not guarantee that every sensitive detail is found or removed, so please continue to avoid entering information you are not allowed to store outside approved systems.
